I'm David Souza — Oracle Consulting Technical Manager, Field Service Architect, and AI Enterprise Architect with over a decade of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions across utilities, capital projects, and infrastructure industries.

My career has been built at the intersection of deep technical expertise and business strategy. I architect Oracle Field Service solutions that drive measurable efficiency, and I'm now channeling that foundation into AI — bringing intelligent automation and predictive capabilities to operations that were never designed for it.
